旋转供料器又称为卸料器/关风器,有良好的气密性能排料连续不易破碎物料的特点

  卸料器又称关风器,在负压气力输送中,为了保证管道处于负压状态,在卸料时应避免跑风,因此它是使卸料器或除尘器在有压力差的情况下能够顺利地排出物料,而又不致泄漏空气的一种设备;常用的闭风器有叶轮式闭风器、料封压力门闭风器、绞龙闭风器等。

  叶轮闭风器是由叶轮和圆筒形外壳组成(根据需求也有方口型),外壳的上端为进料口与卸料器管道连接,当叶轮缓慢地转动时,物料不断的地落入两叶片之间的格室内且随着叶片旋转到下端的出口排出。

  叶轮式闭风器的排料量,在低转速即旋转叶片的圆周速度在较低范围内时,与转速大至成正比;但超过某一转速、排料量则随着转速的增加而减少且出现不稳定现象。这是因为:当叶片的圆周速度超过某一数值时,叶片将物料飞溅开来、使物料不能充分送入叶片之间,而已被送入叶片之间的物料可能未等排出又被叶片带走,所以应合理控制叶轮式闭风器的转速,一般为30-60r/min。

  The discharge rate of the impeller type air conditioner is directly proportional to the rotational speed when the circumferential velocity of the rotating blades is within a lower range at low speeds; But beyond a certain speed, the discharge amount decreases and becomes unstable as the speed increases. This is because when the circumferential velocity of the blades exceeds a certain value, the blades will splash the material and prevent it from being fully fed into the space between the blades. The material that has already been fed into the space between the blades may be carried away by the blades before being discharged. Therefore, the rotation speed of the impeller type air conditioner should be reasonably controlled, generally between 30-60r/min.
