　　当物料进入泵体仓满后关闭各通道，对仓泵密闭，从底部进高压空气经过流化装置将仓内物料形成流态化状态，此时，打开出粉口，高压气流将物料沿着封闭的管道输送到目的地，完成输送任务。适用于长距离、现场转弯、攀爬等复杂情况。采用螺旋、皮带等机械设备不便使用的场所。

　　01运输的材料为干粉材料，大多数颗粒尺寸不超过2mm，密度≤2；水分含量一般应小于3%（握得紧时形成球状，抛出时可自然松动），附着力较小。

　　The materials transported are dry powder materials, with most particle sizes not exceeding 2mm and a density of ≤ 2; The moisture content should generally be less than 3% (when held tightly, it forms a spherical shape and can naturally loosen when thrown out), with low adhesion.

　　02输送设计工作温度为0≤t≤200°C，瞬时高温不超过250°C，环境储存温度为-19°C。

　　03工作介质是经过过滤、冷却、脱水、干燥和清洁的压缩空气，配有压缩空气储罐。

　　04输送管道的出口应配备气体和物料分离装置，如袋式过滤器。

　　06操作方式为全封闭、全自动，也可手动操作。
