　　Warehouse pump

　　仓泵又称仓式泵，是在高压下（约700kPa以下）输送粉状物料的一种比较可靠的密相动压气力输送装置。

　　Warehouse pump, also known as bin pump, is a reliable dense phase dynamic pressure pneumatic conveying device that transports powdered materials under high pressure (about 700kPa or below).

　　仓式泵的卸料方式有两种，下引式和上引式；其中下引式是底部出料的常用方式，罐内物料通过圆锥面充气槽充气、喷嘴喷气或其它方法得以流态化；在底部设置流态化充气板（层）可使物料在罐的下部卸出。上引式是从罐体的上部卸料，输送气体在罐中不同输入平面上分布情况取决于输送物料性质。

　　There are two unloading methods for warehouse pumps, downward and upward; The downward drawing method is a common way of bottom discharge, where the material inside the tank is fluidized by inflating it through a conical surface inflation groove, spraying it with a nozzle, or other methods; Setting up a fluidized inflatable plate (layer) at the bottom allows the material to be discharged from the lower part of the tank. Upward loading refers to unloading from the upper part of the tank, and the distribution of the conveyed gas on different input planes in the tank depends on the properties of the conveyed material.

　　仓式泵输送是一个不断间歇性输送过程。在仓式泵进料以前，料仓内装有被输送物料，阀门都是关闭的。

　　Warehouse pump conveying is a continuous intermittent conveying process. Before the silo pump feeds, the silo is filled with the conveyed material and all valves are closed.

　　操作工作过程如下；

　　The operation process is as follows:;

　　1、首先打开进料阀和排气阀，物料通过料仓在常压下进料，达到水平料位计设定仓满指示信号为止；

　　1. Firstly, open the feed valve and exhaust valve, and the material is fed through the silo at normal pressure until it reaches the full level indicator signal set by the horizontal level gauge;

　　2、然后关闭进料阀和排气阀，打开高压气阀使罐内加压；

　　2. Then close the feed valve and exhaust valve, and open the high-pressure valve to pressurize the tank;

　　3、当达到操作压力后，打开输送空气阀门和卸料阀，物料开始输送；

　　3. When the operating pressure is reached, open the conveying air valve and discharge valve, and the material begins to be conveyed;

　　4、由压力开关、料位计或时间继电器显示出输送结束。此时关闭高压气阀和卸料阀，使全部压缩空气都用来清吹输送管道；同时打开排气阀，使罐内压力减至常压状态。一个工作周期完成后，启动另一周期继续进行。

　　4. The end of conveying is indicated by pressure switches, level gauges, or time relays. At this time, close the high-pressure air valve and discharge valve, so that all compressed air is used to blow the conveying pipeline; Simultaneously open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure inside the tank to atmospheric pressure. After one work cycle is completed, start another cycle to continue.
