气力输送系统从工作原理上主要分为动压输送和静压输送

  稀相输送是在密闭管道中气流速度足够高、粉粒料在气流中所呈的悬浮状态,气力输送装置根据输料管内的压强是否高于大气压分为负压和正压稀相气力输送系统两种。

  稀相输送一般适用于被输送物料的质量和粒度较小、干燥和易流动、输送距离较短的场合;在气力输送中,常用混合比或输送浓度或固气比R表示气流中固相浓度,按照物料和气流在管道中的比例和两相流动的特征,气力输送系统分为稀相输送(悬浮流输送)、密相输送和栓流输送三种。混合比通常为R=1-5,最大值可达15左右的气力输送称为稀相输送系统,在稀相输送中,气流速度较高、通常为12-40m/s,固体颗粒呈悬浮状态。
