  Fault phenomenon: After the leakage of the top superheater of the No. 1 furnace in a certain factory, the blockage of the dense phase positive pressure fly ash pneumatic conveying system occurred frequently. The ash plate at the discharge outlet of the first level electric field ash hopper was severely consolidated, and the feeding of the bin pump was not smooth, resulting in an "ash hopper high material level" alarm.

  原因分析:锅炉受热面泄漏,飞灰吸附大量水分,使灰的粘性增加,内摩擦增大,流动性差,流动阻力增大,从而造成堵管。

When the pipeline pressure drops to the set empty pipe pressure, the system defaults to empty pipe and feeds the material again. This process repeats repeatedly, ultimately causing pipeline blockage.

  原因分析:进料阀密封损坏,导致泄漏。
