　　There are many contents related to the disassembly and maintenance of Roots blowers. Yishui has compiled some materials for reference. The performance of each manufacturer's three blade Roots blower is different, and some steps may not be the same. Here, Yishui provides them for everyone to learn and supplement. 　　1、拆消声器、润滑油及冷却水管

　　1. Dismantle the muffler, lubricating oil, and cooling water pipe

　　2、分离联轴器，拆开地脚螺丝。

　　2. Separate the coupling and remove the foot screws.

　　3、吊出风机。

　　3. Lift out the fan.

　　4、拆开联轴器和端盖。

　　4. Remove the coupling and end cap.

　　5、齿轮间隙，转子间隙，转子与墙板间隙转子与壳体间隙。

　　5. Gear clearance, rotor clearance, rotor to wall clearance, rotor to shell clearance.

　　6、气封厚度，若厚度磨损较多则要更换。

　　6. The thickness of the gas seal should be replaced if there is significant wear on the thickness.

　　7、拆卸同步齿轮：用专用液压泵把齿轮拆出。

　　7. Disassemble the synchronous gear: Use a dedicated hydraulic pump to remove the gear.

　　8、依次拆卸轴承，轴承座及气封。

　　8. Disassemble the bearing, bearing seat, and air seal in sequence.

　　9、拆墙板（拆卸墙板应把风机立起）。

　　9. Dismantle the wall panel (the fan should be erected when dismantling the wall panel).

　　10、吊出转子。

　　10. Lift out the rotor.

　　11、清理转子表面灰垢，检查各部位间隙，并与标准数据比较，是否损坏。

　　11. Clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the rotor, check the clearances between various parts, and compare them with standard data to see if they are damaged.

　　12、清洗其它部件（机壳，墙板)

　　12. Clean other components (casing, wall panels)

　　13、回装一面墙板，并立起。

　　13. Reinstall one wall panel and stand it up.

　　14、吊入两转子，再回装另一面墙板。

　　14. Lift in two rotors and reinstall the other wall panel.

　　15、回装气封，轴承座，轴承。

　　15. Reinstall the air seal, bearing seat, and bearing.

　　16、回装齿轮，并同时调整转子的各位置间隙：转子之间0.35－0.45mm；同步齿轮啮合间隙0.08－0.16mm。

　　16. Reinstall the gears and adjust the clearances between the rotors at various positions simultaneously: 0.35-0.45mm between rotors; 0.08-0.16mm between synchronous gears.

　　17、然后用液压泵把齿轮压入。

　　17. Then use a hydraulic pump to press the gears in.

　　18、测量止推间隙：转子与止推端墙板间0.3－0.4mm；另外，转子与传动端墙板间必须大于另一则0.5mm以上。测量转子间隙：根据转子各叶片间间隙（0.35－0.45mm）分别用塞尺测出，转子与壳体间隙（0.3－0.4mm），转子与墙板间隙，并记录下来。

　　18. Measure the thrust clearance: 0.3-0.4mm between the rotor and the thrust end wall panel; in addition, the distance between the rotor and the transmission end wall panel must be greater than another 0.5mm or more. Measure rotor clearance: Use a feeler gauge to measure the clearance between each blade of the rotor (0.35-0.45mm), the clearance between the rotor and the shell (0.3-0.4mm), and the clearance between the rotor and the wall panel, and record them.

　　19、回装联轴器和端盖。

　　19. Reinstall the coupling and end cap.

　　20、就位：就位于原机座，拧紧地脚螺丝。

　　20. In place: located on the original machine base, tighten the foot screws.

　　21、回装各附属管线，法兰螺丝。

　　21. Reinstall all auxiliary pipelines and flange screws.
