罗茨风机启动前的检查：

　　Inspection before starting Roots blower:

　　1、 检查地脚螺丝，防护罩等部件是否良好，紧固。

　　2、 检查皮带的张紧力是否适中，直联式的，检查联轴器的安装是否牢固，同心度是否良好。

　　3、 检查润滑油是否正常，油质良好。

　　罗茨风机启动：

　　Roots blower startup:

　　1、 关闭风机出口门，并将主控盘上的锁定释放。

　　2、 打开机械过滤器的进气门，反排门。

　　2. Open the intake valve and reverse valve of the mechanical filter.

　　3、 打开罗茨风机出口的放空气门。

　　3. Open the vent valve at the outlet of the Roots blower.

　　4、 启动罗茨鼓风机，缓慢开启风机的出口门，同时缓慢地关闭放空气门。

　　4. Start the Roots blower, slowly open the outlet door of the fan, and slowly close the vent door.

　　5、 检查风机的声音，轴承和电机温度是否正常。

　　5. Check if the sound of the fan, bearings, and motor temperature are normal.

　　罗茨风机停机：

　　Roots blower shutdown:

　　1、 缓慢开启罗茨风机的放空气门，同时缓慢关闭罗茨风机的出口门。

　　2、 停止罗茨风机的运行。

　　2. Stop the operation of the Roots blower.

　　3、 关闭机械过滤器的进气门。

　　4、 将主控盘上锁定钮锁定。

　　罗茨风机运行中的维护：

　　Maintenance of Roots blower during operation:

　　1、 经常检查轴承温度≤95℃，润滑油温度≤65℃

　　1. Regularly check that the bearing temperature is ≤ 95 ℃ and the lubricating oil temperature is ≤ 65 ℃

　　2、 应定期更换润滑油，第一次约运转200小时更换一次新油，以后每四个月更换一次新油，油污染明显时，应提前更换新油。

　　2. Lubricating oil should be replaced regularly, with new oil replaced every 200 hours of operation for the first time, and every four months thereafter. When oil pollution is evident, new oil should be replaced in advance.

　　3、 润滑油冬季可用N32号机械油，夏季使用N68号机械油。

　　3. Lubricating oil can be N32 mechanical oil in winter and N68 mechanical oil in summer.
