罗茨鼓风机出厂都会加好齿轮油，一般是采用N220号齿轮油，注意是齿轮油不是机油。罗茨鼓风机是某种噪声比效大机器，无论是国产罗茨鼓风机還是海外进口鲁氏鼓风机有的客户安装完毕之后放置不管，那样导致使用人平常不太养护，用个好久也没去监管，直至出現问題才晓得需要更换齿轮油，已为时过晚，该坏的地儿已经出现问题了，即便加了齿轮油都是凑合使用，要找生产商来维护费用不需低，因此提醒一下罗茨鼓风机平常运用必须要按时更换齿轮油（正常情况下3-4个月更换一次，日常使用检查油位不能低于中间红点位置）。

　　本期来聊聊罗茨鼓风机在使用过程中的四大注意事项：环境温度：很多设备都有其适应的工作温度范围，罗茨鼓风机也不例外，其工作温度范围在-15℃至40℃，但国内大部分地区一般不考虑低温，而且它工作时还会产生热量。而大部分地区都会面临高温天气。

　　通常情况下，风机房内的温度要保持在40℃以下，超过40℃将会极大缩短风机和电机的寿命。若室内房间温度超过40℃，务必要在机房内设置换气扇,以加大室内的通风量，或采取必要的降温措施（如冷却水管等）。

　　皮带松紧度：皮带作为连接电机与风轮的工作的部件，其松紧度必须恰当，若皮带过紧，会使皮带发热而损坏；皮带过松也会使皮带过早损坏。当使用周期过长时，也要注意皮带的更换。

If the belt is too tight, it will heat up and be damaged; Loose belts can also cause premature damage to the belt. 　　判断松紧度：手按压皮带中央，若能用力压下1~2cm，说明松紧度是正常的；若太松，用工具调紧，顺时针旋转调紧螺栓，可以增加皮带的张力；若太紧，用扳手逆时针旋转张紧螺栓，可以松弛皮带。

　　Judging the tightness: Press the center of the belt with your hand, and if it can be pressed down by 1-2cm with force, it indicates that the tightness is normal; If it is too loose, use a tool to tighten it. 　　维护保养：对于罗茨鼓风机的保养，各厂家做出了相应的要求，但常规的保养内容基本通用，其内容一般包含：关于轴承润滑：轴承润滑脂要选用指定的润滑耐热油脂（耐高温锂基润滑脂、合成高温润滑脂、二硫化钼等）,一般累计运行 150 小时（即约一周时间）加一次（3个月不足150小时也必须用黄油枪打入），加注时须保证润滑脂确实已加注进入，添加润滑脂是加到端盖放油槽流出润滑脂为止。这里需要注意的是，往往在保养罗茨鼓风机时，加润滑脂都是随着加注齿轮润滑油时才加注（而齿轮油的更换周期一般为2-3个月）。所以这里还是需要注意对于轴承的保养周期。

It should be noted that when maintaining the Roots blower, lubricating grease is often added along with the addition of gear lubricating oil (and the replacement cycle of gear oil is generally 2-3 months). 　　关于齿轮油：齿轮油一般选用重负荷220标号的齿轮油，也有的厂家建议选用中负荷220齿轮油。至于选用哪种标号的油，还是依据厂家给出的说明书判断。第一次更换齿轮油是在累计运行 500 小时后（即约20天，有些厂家要求会更短，有的是7天，目的是将最初阶段运行时产生的机械碎渣排出），而后每运行 1000 小时换一次油（若油脏了,应提前换）。

　　Regarding gear oil: Gear oil is generally selected with heavy-duty grade 220, while some manufacturers recommend using medium load grade 220 gear oil. As for which grade of oil to choose, it is still determined based on the instructions provided by the manufacturer. The first time to change the gear oil is after a cumulative operation of 500 hours (about 20 days, some manufacturers require a shorter time, some are 7 days, in order to discharge the mechanical debris generated during the initial stage of operation), and then every 1000 hours of operation to change the oil (if the oil is dirty, it should be changed in advance).、

　　风机停运时保证油枪镜中的油位不低于油标中心线且不超过整个油标，加注时也要注意不要加过多，否则对风机的运行不利。风机的保养质量决定着风机的使用寿命，我们可以将风机设备比作我们的车子。车子一般都需要定期保养，不保养或者过保养周期的车子开着的感受一定没有保养后丝滑吧。风机也是如此，所以为了保证风机的使用效果一定要对其进行定期保养。

　　空气滤芯的清理空气滤芯的维护是一个比较易忽略的地方。由于其为罗茨鼓风机的进气口过滤空气使用，时间长了滤芯会容易积灰，影响罗茨鼓风机的进气效果。滤芯堵塞长时间不清理会导致罗茨鼓风机进气负压升高，引起异常发热或者进气风量不足甚至设备损坏。所以需要定期对其清理，特别是在尘土较多的北方，需要增加滤芯的清理频次。这里还需要再强调一点，在北方的春季时杨柳树会产生杨绵柳絮，短时间内滤芯上会吸附大量杨绵柳絮堵塞滤芯（见下图），所以此时需要加强关注及时清除。
