关于旋转供料器的安装

　　Regarding the installation of the rotary feeder

　　（一）安装旋转供料器时，要考虑留出足够的维修空间，防止日后检修麻烦。

　　（1） When installing the rotary feeder, sufficient maintenance space should be considered to prevent future maintenance troubles.

　　（二） 旋转供料器是精密设备，严禁将上部设备压力及连接管道的压力等传递给主机设备身上。

　　（2） The rotary feeder is a precision equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to transmit the pressure of the upper equipment and connecting pipelines to the main equipment.

　　（三）在正压气力输送应用中旋转供料器的抽气室必须要安装。

　　（3） The suction chamber of the rotary feeder must be installed in positive pressure pneumatic conveying applications.

　　（四）要考虑高温物料的热膨胀对旋转供料器连接影响，使之降到最低，可以使用补偿器，或一段直管作为衔接部分。

　　（4） To minimize the impact of thermal expansion of high-temperature materials on the connection of the rotary feeder, compensators or a straight pipe can be used as a connecting part.

　　（五） 设备内部的喷吹及气封装置应设置必要的减压装置和气量调节装置，确保气体的品质符合要求，压力设置在规定范围内。

　　（5） The spraying and sealing devices inside the equipment should be equipped with necessary pressure reducing devices and gas volume regulating devices to ensure that the quality of the gas meets the requirements and the pressure is set within the specified range.

　　空载状态运转试机

　　Test run under no-load condition

　　（一）、检查配管，检查是否有无杂物进入设备内部，有杂物必须清理干净。

　　（1） Inspect the piping and check for any debris entering the interior of the equipment. Any debris must be cleaned thoroughly.

　　（二）、旋转供料器安装并配管完毕后，确认电源就位关闭状态。

　　（2） After installing and piping the rotary feeder, confirm that the power is in place and turned off.

　　（三）、卸下传动链安全罩和传动链条。

　　（3） Remove the transmission chain safety cover and transmission chain.

　　（四）、用手转动旋转阀，确认阀门顺畅回转。

　　（4） Rotate the rotary valve by hand to confirm that the valve rotates smoothly.

　　（五）、确认配管已全部连接正常。

　　（5） Confirm that all piping connections are functioning properly.

　　（六）、确认齿轮传动马达已将润滑油补充至制造厂家使用说明书指示的水平（正常情况设备出厂已经加注完毕）。

　　（6） Confirm that the lubricating oil for the gear transmission motor has been replenished to the level indicated in the manufacturer's instruction manual (under normal circumstances, the equipment has already been filled before leaving the factory).

　　（七）、确认安全罩已经装好。

　　（7） Confirm that the safety cover has been installed.

　　（八）、确认回转方向。

　　（8） Confirm the direction of rotation.

　　（九）、确认以上各项不存在问题后，进行十五分钟空载运转。

　　（9） After confirming that there are no issues with the above items, perform a fifteen minute no-load operation.

　　（十）、如果在空转时没有震动与杂音，则表示设备正常，可停止空转状态。

　　（10） If there is no vibration or noise during idling, it indicates that the equipment is normal and can be stopped from idling.
