正压气力输送系统离不开仓泵

仓泵又称仓式气力输送泵、气化喷射泵或发送罐,是正压气力输送系统的核心设备,广泛应用于火电厂除灰、建材、冶金、码头、水利水电及建筑工程拌和系统中的粉状物料输送。仓泵是一种在高压下输送粉状物料的密相高压气力输送装置,其输送过程是一个不连续的间歇式正压气力输送过程。气力输送技术在中国起步于20世纪50年代末,60年代以后仓泵正压气力输送技术开始在国内得到应用。1988年ABB公司的正压浓相流态化小仓泵系统进入中国市场,我国在“八五”、“九五”期间组织了气力输送技术和产品的科技攻关。

Its core structure includes pump body, fluidized bed, upper inlet pipe, pneumatic feed valve, pneumatic discharge valve, inlet valve, secondary air valve, etc. The fluidized bed is set at the lower part of the pump body, and compressed air passes through the fluidized bed to make the material in a fluidized state. Connect the upper guide pipe to the pneumatic discharge valve and ash conveying pipe. Each valve is controlled by an electromagnetic pneumatic directional valve. The warehouse pump combines jet technology and fluidization technology to transport fluidized materials at high speed to pipelines through compressed air. The kinetic energy is increased by the pressure of the Raphael tube, achieving medium to long distance pneumatic conveying.

Close the high-pressure air valve and discharge valve to allow all compressed air to be used to blow the conveying pipeline. At the same time, open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure inside the tank to atmospheric pressure. According to the different positions of the discharge ports, bin pumps can be divided into upper discharge bin pumps and lower discharge bin pumps. The warehouse pump adopts a fully sealed and pollution-free transportation method, and the transportation pipeline can be arranged according to the specific terrain to achieve centralized, dispersed, high height, and long-distance transportation. The transportation process is not affected by climatic conditions.
